Audiologists believe that many children lose their hearing power at an early age. The reason which they gave was shocking. They believe that all the children who experience hearing loss are because of the increased use of personal listening device.

Dr.Ronna Fisher, an audiologist in Chicago and a representative of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association says that they are starting a campaign to educate people of all generations about how to use personal audio devices like iPod and MP3 players. Dr. Fisher says, “Every day we are exposing our ears to more and more noise which is causing damage. Then when you add all the iPods and personal listening systems that kids are using, it’s skyrocketing.”

Remember Lutron, the lighting company that has been around since the 60’s. So like 40 years after the dimmer switch, Lutron has updated their services by offering a lighting system that is controlled by an iPhone or even an iPod Touch. It works by simply screwing wireless modules into the lamps, and you take control.

The device allows you to dim or brighten your lights from across the room by a mobile device. Also, the rooms of your house could be split up so you don’t lose track of what lights are shining. However, that particular device will cost a little more than the free application for the iPhone.

After Mibuds its time for “YO”! I am not joking YO is an attractive iPod and MP3 stereo speaker dock. The invention is made by the American designer Victor Vetterlin. It more or less works like an MP3 player where you can detach the speakers and use it as wireless electronic device.
The odd shape of speakers helps it produce a new sound wave. The device will be charged either through solar power, wind power or hydroelectricity. Does Vetterlein means that from now on electricity supply will be less in our city so they are planning to invent some electronic gadgets that can work without power supply?
