Last week in releasing the iPod touch software for upgrades, there has been several problems including a restored issue. The iPod Touch seems to be updating correctly when users attempt but then it gets stuck in recovery mode.

This makes the device inoperable and leaving users in confusion. Apple is working hard right now to fix this problem so just give them some time, everyones not perfect.

An iPhone user has risked death by jumping down from the subway tracks to save his iPhone. A risky risky move because first of he could of been hit by a train. Thats not all, he could of been electrocuted if he touched the appropriate wires or eaten by all the rats down there carrying all those nasty disease.

The real question is, I wonder how many people would do so to save their phone. I guess it depends because their are a lot of numbers stored probably from sometime. Apple is being sued with an antitrust lawsuit against them due to not having WMA support capabilitys. The lawsuit has been filed under illegal monoploy. The claim is that apple is dominating the online video and music sales. Also that they have placed restrictions that are unneeded on it's most popular markets.

This is a dumb lawsuit by another dumb person and I'm sure most of you would agree. Why would some person put a lawsuit against Apple because they essentially are dominating the market. It just doesn't make sense. Good for Apple that they have been dominating and it's been a while for them and I'm glad they have made such a huge comeback.
